JLGNF New Member Requirements

Program Overview

  1. The new member application fee is $225. 
  2. New members will need to accrue 10 points to become active members in JLGNF.
  3. New members are required to complete all of the items on the list.
  4. All items equal one point.

Required Points

  1. Attend 3 out of the 4 New Member classes (for 3 total points):
    1. Tuesday, 09/16/25 from 6:30pm to 8pm at Location TBD
    2. Tuesday, 10/28/25 from 6:30pm to 8pm at Location TBD
    3. Tuesday, 11/18/25 from 6:30pm to 8pm Virtual via Zoom
    4. Thursday, 12/16/25 from 6:30pm to 8pm Location TBD
  2. Attend 1 out of the 2 General Membership Meetings (for 1 total point):
    1. Tuesday, 10/21/25 from 6:30pm to 8pm at Location TBD
    2. Tuesday, 11/11/25 from 6:30pm to 8pm at Location TBD
  3. Attend a League Social.
  4. Participate in a Community Service event.
  5. Participate in 1 Fundraiser or 1 JLU event.
  6. Complete your placement interview for the 2026-2027 year.
  7. Participate in the new member community project.
  8. Complete and submit the new member survey.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be at least twenty-two (22) years of age.  No maximum age restriction.
  • Complete and sign the New Member application.
  • Payment of New Member Application Fee.
